What we collect
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the date you’d like your demo, and anything you choose to tell us in your message;
- anything else you share with us by email or phone as we talk.
To protect the website from spam and abuse we also keep limited technical information, such as a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and the type of browser you used. We use this only to stop spam and repeated automated submissions.
How we use it
- to arrange and hold your demo, and to reply to your questions;
- to prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one;
- to deliver and support any work you ask us to do;
- to keep our website secure and working properly;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in running our business, on taking steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, on performing a contract once we have one, and on complying with the law.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host our website, store information securely and send email. They only act on our instructions, under written agreements that require them to keep your information safe. We may also share information with professional advisers, or where the law requires us to.
Where it is stored
We store information in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area where we can. If a provider processes information elsewhere, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK’s approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and enquiries that don’t lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as our contract needs and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records afterwards.
Keeping it secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from our own domain.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- ask us to move it to another organisation, where that applies.
